Space Availability - University Library

Current students, faculty and staff have priority for study room use.  Alumni and community members should ask at the information desk if they wish to use a study room.

  • Room reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance
  • Up to 5 reservations can be made during a calendar week (Sunday through Saturday)
  • Rooms can be reserved for 2 hours at a time 
  • All rooms must be vacated 30 minutes prior to closing
  • If a study room is left vacant for 15 minutes or more, University Police may be called to remove all personal belongings in the room.
